| As president of the Monroe County Board of Commissioners the past three years, I have led county government in making substantive operational and facility improvements and sound policy decisions. From completion of the county's storm warning siren plan to the development and opening of the Indiana Center for the Life Sciences in partnership with Ivy Tech Community College - Bloomington, I have tried to keep county government broadly focused on constant improvement and pledge to continue my efforts to confront problems with long-term solutions, make targeted infrastructure investments, and keep Monroe County government innovative, productive, and on sound financial footing. I would appreciate your vote. |
